I have purchased a bag and enjoyed this MELISSA TEA BLEND | Lemon balm tea, it is very smooth and mild flavour that you can easily go for, even though I am not too much familiar with drinking herb teas, this tea gave me a comfort moment especially in the evening to relax and lead me to good sleep naturally that I needed. I love Mountain Tea, been drinking it my whole life, but was recommended this company and open to trying something new. I love the addition of cinnamon and lemon balm. It gives an added depth to the already mellow mountain tea. A little honey, and it's a perfect cup of tea!
