• If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please email us immediately so that we can correct the problem.

• If you have changed your mind about an item or tea that you received or find it unsatisfactory and would like a credit, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order. We will credit your original method of payment.

• If you received your item as a gift, we would be happy to create an account for you and give you a credit to use toward a future order.

• If you are returning a non-food item, it should be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
